The above price list is a guideline to provide an idea of the costs. The prices above are for weekly service though bi-weekly is also available, just ask. To accurately price your yard, an estimate will be done by coming to your property and visually analyzing the work needed to professionally maintain the yard.
All prices include mowing, edging, weed trimming, hedge trimming wherever necessary and blowing the property clean. Occasional weed spraying when needed.
You will receive these services on a weekly basis but will only pay once per month.
Prices are quoted based on annual business. Simply put, we offer affordable prices during the warm months with the plan of servicing your property year round. In the winter, service isnt needed as frequently. However, Furlong Lawn Care will still be at your property three times per month to look over everything and make sure it is maintained. During the colder months, many people want to pay less. This is something we take into consideration but please remember, the affordable price paid in the summer is also a fair price for the winter. In the case that a customer wants service only when lawn/plant growth is fast, then we will alter the price quote.
There will be an added charge if the yard is really overgrown and/or covered in leaves (hasn't been maintained in months). This would be a one time charge, "clean up fee". Once the yard is back to a healthy, maintained condition, the monthly charges will be the rate Furlong Lawn Care and the customer agree upon.
